Achieved Document Loss Prevention and Paperless Operations
We were managing contracts and various documents on paper, but document loss and search effort were major challenges. Additionally, manually scanning issued contracts and saving them to cloud storage was a significant workload.
Implemented a function to automatically upload PDF contracts to cloud storage (OneDrive, etc.) when contracts are issued. In addition to improving document searchability, we achieved paperless operations through digitization, significantly improving operational efficiency.
