Achieved Document Loss Prevention and Paperless Operations
We were managing contracts and various documents on paper, but document loss and search effort were major challenges. Additionally, manually scanning issued contracts and saving them to cloud storage was a significant workload.
Implemented a function to automatically upload PDF contracts to cloud storage (OneDrive, etc.) when contracts are issued. In addition to improving document searchability, we achieved paperless operations through digitization, significantly improving operational efficiency.
Integrated Disparate Business Management into One System
We were using multiple systems for different purposes such as customer management, project management, and rental car management. However, data duplication and consistency issues occurred, making it difficult to know which system to reference. System operation costs were also high, and business complexity was a challenge.
Developed a system that can centralize customer management, project management, rental car management, etc., supporting business efficiency. By managing data on one platform, we eliminated information duplication and inconsistencies, achieving business process simplification and cost reduction.
